LAKELAND, Fla. — The Detroit Tigers were at Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium for an intrasquad scrimmage at 10:30 a.m. Thursday featuring the franchise’s top prospects.
The two groups were Team Horton, wearing grays, and Team Trammell, wearing whites. One unofficial umpire — director of coaching Ryan Sienko — was stationed behind home plate.
