NBA draft lottery standings and odds: Where Pistons rank with one game left ]

Game notes: This is the season finale for the Pistons, who have already locked up their third straight season missing the playoffs. A loss will give them the No. 3 slot entering the NBA draft lottery May 17, and would tie them with Houston and Orlando for the best chance — 14% — at the No. 1 pick and a 52.1% chance at a top-four selection. … The Pistons stunned the 76ers in Detroit on March 31, 102-94, with a thrilling fourth-quarter performance. The 76ers topped Indiana, 133-120, on Saturday afternoon behind 41 points and 20 rebounds from Joel Embiid. They could earn the No. 3 seed in the Eastern Conference playoffs and a matchup vs. Chicago with a win and a Boston loss at Memphis.

Embiid, James Harden, and Georges Niang are out for the Sixers.

Cunningham is out with right hip soreness. The Pistons are again without Marvin Bagley III, Hamidou Diallo, Jerami Grant and Cory Joseph.
